FUNAI Post UTME Screening Form 2023/2024 (How To Apply)
This is to inform those who made Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike their first choice in the just concluded 2023/2024 JAMB UTME that took place in April, 2023 that registration for the Post UTME (Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) Screening and Direct Entry forms of Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike, (AE-FUNAI), Ebonyi State, shall commence Tuesday, 15th August, 2023 and end on Sunday, 1st October, 2023.

FUNAI Post UTME Eligibility
- Candidates who made Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike, Ebonyi State their first choice of Institution in their application for admission in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
- Candidates who must have scored 150 and above in the 2023 JAMB UTME.
- Candidates who applied to study Medicine & Surgery and Law in the university must have a minimum score of 250 and 240 in the JAMB UTME to be eligible for the University’s Post UTME Screening exercise.
- Prospective candidates who scored a minimum of 250 for Medicine and Surgery, 240 for Law and a minimum of 150 for other programs and did not choose AE-FUNAI as their first choice institution, but wish to study in AE-FUNAI are eligible to apply for PUTME. However, such candidates must first apply for a ‘Change of Institution/Course’ and making AE-FUNAI their first choice of institution on the JAMB Portal. This ‘Change of Institution/Course’ is also applicable to candidates applying for Direct Entry (DE).
- Note: There is no Direct Entry admission into Medicine & Surgery and Law programs.

How to Apply for FUNAI Post UTME Screening Form Online
Eligible candidates are required to pay a processing fee of N2,000 only using Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).
To register, follow the steps outlined below:
- Visit the University website: www.funai.edu.ng, ADMISSIONS at the top menu or QUICK LINKS, Click on 2023/2024 Admission Screening
- Click on 2023/2024 PUTME Screening Registration for UTME candidates OR 2023/2024 Direct Entry Admission Registration for Direct Entry candidates.
- Click on ‘Prospective Students’
- Click on ‘Click to Apply’.
- Enter your ‘JAMB Registration Number’
- Generate Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number.
- Proceed to any Bank for your payment or Make payment online using your ATM card.
- Return to the Application page and enter your ‘JAMB Registration Number’ again.
- Proceed with the completion of the form
- Submit your application.
- Print out your acknowledgement slip and come with it to the Post UTME/Direct Entry screening Test.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Successful candidates, who may be offered provisional admission to AE-FUNAI, are advised to accept the offer within two weeks or the offer shall be deemed to have been forfeited.
- During registration, candidates are strongly advised to use Phone numbers that are easily accessible to them for fast and easy communication from the school.
MODE OF SCREENING:
- The screening mode for the 2023/2024 academic session PUTME shall be through the process of assessment of JAMB UTME results, O/ Level result verification and Direct entry results.
- All candidates are requested to ensure that their O/ Levels and Direct Entry results are uploaded to JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) on or before Wednesday, 30th November 2024. Any PUTME application without result upload will not be processed. Click here to Upload your Result.
